At DiFeo Kia I was met by Simon when I first walked in. He took the time to understand what I wanted, answered all questions and was able to give me a very good deal . It was a relaxed experience and no pressure . Based on my experience there , I would highly recommend the dealership and Simon.

Service consisted of tire rotation and balancing, and four wheel alignment . Work was done promptly, dealership was clean and friendly, service rep explained work performed.

Matt in service dept was very helpful while we waited for our Optima to be serviced. We had an appointment made online the day before. Took about 70 min despite being very crowded. Comfortable seating and snacks provided while waiting. Mailed coupons were accepted, and price was reasonable for what was done. Would highly recommend.
