I purchased a new Ram 2500 from Ray Price Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram a few days ago and traded in a 2021 Ram 1500. While I was in with the finance manager the dealership took pictures of my trade without my knowledge. Yesterday morning I looked on their website to see if they had my trade on their website and found that it was, with unobstructed pictures of my license plates. I immediately reached out to the dealership and was informed that they would take them off but it could take up to 24-hours. Today is Saturday at 4:30pm and the dealership is now closed for the day. It has been 2 full days since I notified them and the pictures are still on their website. Since they are closed on Sunday’s it will be several more days before they come off. I point this out because this is irresponsible, unethical and a violation of my privacy. Ray Price Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram located at 2947 Rte 940, Mount Pocono, PA 18344, does not protect their customers privacy.

I dealt with Dalton. Excellent knowledge of the product. Felt very comfortable with him almost as I wasn’t actually buying a car in a dealership. Dalton went above and beyond to get me into the jeep that I wanted for a very fair price. I will recommend this dealership especially dealing through Dalton. Almost like he has pride in what he does. Great experiences, as always, at Ray Price Mt. Pocono. I have purchased 3 Jeeps and a Ford F-150 at this Dealership and it has always been an exceptional and happy experience, Also, their Service Department and Parts Department have been great and always extremely helpful. My Sales Consultant this time was Billy Capo. Before that was Troy Stamets, as a Sales Consultant (and is currently a Finance Manager). Sidik Amoo was my Finance Manager this time around, and has also known me for years, and took care of the Financing and Paperwork. The CDRJ Sales Manager coordinating overlooking everything was Matt Matti. Everyone was friendly, helpful and understanding in providing the very best vehicle-shopping and buying experience I could ever hope for.
