He understood what we were looking for, answered all of our questions clearly. He fully explained both the vehicle and the value proposition to us in a way that was clear and easy to understand. When we went for a test drive, he made a specific point in highlighting areas we had asked questions on earlier. When it came to the “numbers”, we had three scenarios we wanted to evaluate.
