Not a bad experience , I've just had better experiences with other Volvo dealerships. We brought our car in for servicing. Typically we receive a walk around video outlining the entire inspection. I didn't receive the video this time around. We were usually offered something to drink( tea, coffee, water). Like I said not a big deal. It's just difference between the 5 and 4.
