Excellent service, I had the best sales representative, “Dakota Childers.” He took the time to listen and work with me until I got the car I wanted. He keeps me informed about my car's arrival date. He shares his knowledge, making the buying process smooth and pleasant. I can say I am a happy buyer.
Drove from Jacksonville for an online vehicle that I had discussed with Cesar, and had intended to also visit a nearby dealership with similar vehicles. Stopped by and Cesar was very accommodating and courteous and ended up trading in our old vehicle and purchasing from them. Everyone was pleasant and a very positive experience for a stressful process.
I wanted to try and get the new LS500 Heritage and spoke with Johnny Millaway. He explained how the process worked and he would try to get me one. Johnny called me a week later and told me Lexus accepted the request and would be building me one. He kept in touch with me with any updates and was incredible during the whole process. Johnny made it a great experience buying a vehicle. He was very personable and professional. I would definitely recommend him if you're looking to buy a Lexus.

You always dread going into the finance office. But if you have the privilege of getting Anna Carlson it's actually a great experience. Anna is professional and very honest. Anna listened to what I was considering and gave me her honest opinion. No upsell, no pressure just a great experience. An asset the dealership.
The service department was provided excellent customer service! Jose Melendez was amazing! Jose was extremely helpful and made the process smooth. This dealership gets an A+ for customer service and transparency! I was sent an email with a video taken by the tech going over all the work done on the Lexus. The amenities and service center area were luxurious. I would give this dealership and staff an A+ grade!
