Friendly, knowledgeable, easy negotiations, good inventory. Our salesperson 10 out of 10 Our Honda had a recall service rep and service mechanics were 10 out of 10.
An abnormally long wait time for just an oil change. And I never got their complimentary car wash. If I weren’t in a rush due to a time conflict, I would have said something. Hopefully, this was just a one time occurrence.
