We just purchased a truck not even been two weeks and before we signed we were under the impression that the side step that automatically comes down would be fixed . But the dealership is refusing to fix this issue. Even the bank had this issue down as a promise for the loan to go through when we had our interview. The manager even said to bring it in to get it looked at but the day we took it they said it would be over 2k to fix . This is our second purchase with this dealership and will be our last !!!!
