I waited for my car to be serviced. I like to walk around while waiting. Every employee who passed me greeted me and asked if I was being helped. They all asked if the could assist me in any way and were pleasant and professional. There were 6-8 employees who approached me during my stay.

Matthew was a pleasure to work with. He was very professional, engaging and really knew his product. We enjoyed working with him and we do so in the future we would recommend him highly to anyone who's interested in purchasing a Mercedes at your dealership.

Need to get customers in and out as soon as possible my car was done and sitting in return area for 30 minutes before I got checked out and on my way.
