Today 02/17/2023 i went to dealership they lied about pre- approval then ran my credit very rude and disrespectful i'm getting a class action lawsuit started against Baja Auto west

I was on the market to purchase a new vehicle I knew what I wanted and the price range on the vehicle They had one sitting on the lot. (Hyundai Veloster Turbo black with red trim) exactly what I was looking for! I called spoke to Lily (she was very helpful, extremely personable) once I got to the dealership to look at the car I was greeted by a gentleman told me he was the floor manager and that Lily was off and that I had to deal with him. Went inside to discuss the car sence it was really windy! He took all my information came back out of the office and told me that they needed $5,000 down. I just laughed it's a used vehicle overpriced to start out with. He told me I could not afford the vehicle and that this wasn't like a normal car lot, there was no negotiation no anything it was that price or nothing, very rude. so I asked for my driver's license back stood up shook his hand walked out. I drove to Henderson Hyundai and drove away in a brand new Veloster n with no money down and a great payment I would not recommend to go to this place these people are joke there are other options out there trust me not worth putting up with the way they talk to their customers. trying to beat them down and make them feel like they can't do anything better Worst car buying experience I've ever had

They were awesome from the start of my journey to the end. I would definitely recommend Baja Auto to my friends and family members. First class all the way.

I want to give this place a 5 star rating due to their commitment to getting me in the right car at an affordable price. Kennedy was an amazing salesman and I could not have been happier with not only my experience, but the car that I ended up purchasing! There was nothing negative about my visit, and everything was done in a concise and effective manner. I walked in with nothing and walked out with my dream car in no more than 2 and a half hours. 10/10 experience.
