All or our interactions were friendly and professional. The car was as advertised and they found us better financing than we tentatively had already. They filled the gas tank and the car was spotless, even cleaned up from our test drive. Both our sales rep Trevor and the finance guy were not pushy and very straight forward. Would buy from them again.
