My second time buying from Carmax, and I must say, this is why I returned! Awesome experience! Hassle free, no problems whatsoever, and got the car I wanted, at just the right price, plus delivered to my house! Love the new car Carmax, will recommend to everyone I know!!!! Thanks guys!!
It was a surprisingly pleasant experience, my first time there, didn’t expect to be in and out so quickly. Sales person, Charles Sunday was so professional and knowledgeable, he answered all my questions with ease and was so reassuring during the whole process. Was very impressed with this young man. Overall I would recommend this dealership to others.
The customer service was great from the time we walked into the dealership, until we left. The employee that worked with us was excellent.
The sales,woman was great. The process and everyone after that was ridiculous. Unfortunately I would not recommend Carmax.
Ms. Debbie was truly amazing. She was professional, personable, kind, understanding, and reasonable throughout the entire process. Her level of customer service stood out and made me feel genuinely valued as a customer. Unfortunately, my experiences with some of the staff prior to working with her were disappointing. I felt more like just another number rather than a valued customer. There seemed to be very little compassion or understanding shown during my earlier interactions. I had scheduled an appointment, yet I was not seen until nearly two hours later. Considering I had already received a quote and was pre-approved, the process became unnecessarily frustrating just to receive acknowledgment from the same representative who initially assisted me. I believe his name was very unique he had curly hair. While I understand everyone has difficult days, I do believe there is room for improvement when it comes to customer care, communication, and professionalism. That said, Ms. Debbie completely changed the tone by of my experience. Her patience, empathy, and willingness to help made all the difference, and she is the reason I would still consider returning and recommending this business. Otherwise I would not recommend going there. Just a little advice if you have your customer sitting there for hours at least offer them water or a place to charge their phone.
Actually the dealership was very friendly. I didn't have any problems with the customer service.
