I’m extremely pleased with the service that I’ve received from CarMax. Everyone is very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. I’ve purchased vehicles from other dealerships and wasn’t always happy with the service that I received from them. It was so different shopping for a vehicle online and I was a little hesitant at first because I wasn’t able to test drive it unless I paid to have it shipped to the nearest CarMax. I found a vehicle that I really liked and decided to take a gamble and do it. I was so happy when it arrived, it arrived in the same condition as described. They exceeded my expectations, I’ll be recommending them to anyone that I hear talking about purchasing a vehicle. I don’t think I could be any happier!

Overall good experience for a used car purchase, however, features on the car were not properly documented. Site indicated it had navigation and window sticker sheet said it had heated seats. It does not have either of these. Car was in good shape however the cabin air filter was fithly. Don't understand why this wouldn't be caught on 125 point inspection
