My overall experience with Carmax has been amazing. I do think they’re a bit pricey, but the services that are included with the purchase of your vehicle make up for it. I’m honestly happy I didn’t go with another dealership.
The entire staff was efficient, friendly, fair and easy to work with. It was the easiest and most enjoyable car buying experience I've ever had. They continued their good customer service even after I had questions after the sale.
The Staff was great. Service very good but it is really difficult to get someone on the phone Too much automation.
Friendly, helpful, very accommodating. Service needs before and after we're done quickly and very well, including provision of Lyft rides while being done.
They were responsive. I got home and didn't have a temp tag on the vehicle so I had to return the next day. I had to take the Jeep to a Jeep dealership for wheel alignment and a software update that CarMax reimbursed for. I discovered the passenger massage function did not work and they serviced it, however it is still not working. When I went to register the car, the title had not been sent in the DMV packet. Everyone was nice and responsive but still dealing with issues with my purchase.
Jessica was great and although it took longer than normal, as they received the wrong part, they did get the right part in quick and got it installed. They had my car for a full week. Better experience than expected.
