Process was all good end to end, especially the day of purchase where the associate , Jose, was helpful doing an excellent job working through the steps and communicating details. Only reason for 4 stars is that during the transfer process to get the vehicle to San Jose and make it available, communication was poor. I was told the vehicle would be ready to test on the approaching weekend so I changed my plans and waited for confirmation on completion, only to find it could never happen. The final action pending with the transfer was unable to be performed on a weekend , which was known but that detail was not provided on Friday or Saturday when getting an update from the team. My first experience buying here as very good, no issues so I returned again for this purchase, apart from transfer problem the process was easy and I'm very happy with the vehicle.
I had a great experience at Carmax capital Expressway. From the sale to the paperwork to follow up with the sales manager, Everyone I encountered was professional, courteous, and efficient. It made the car buying experience, truly easy and enjoyable.
Everything was great during the purchase and delivery process, but the reason for not giving a five star is because I had severe communication problems with the service department. Upon receiving my vehicle at my residence, I noticed that NISSAN SD card was missing. I made multiple attempts at reaching Carmax Service and parts department with no success. I left three messages, but no responses or callbacks. I finally called the sales department who stated that she would order a card for my vehicle, but then I did not hear anything. I called service again to get status of the order, and still no one answers. Left another message, no call back. I called sales again who tried calling service but no answer. My case was supposedly expedited to the Service Manager and she said I would receive a callback within the hour. Still nothing. I made many attempts with no success. I had to order my own Nissan SD card and upload it to my vehicle. The SD card should've been included when I purchased the vehicle, but instead I had to pay out of pocket for one.
They were fast in my purchase of a vehicle but they did a horrible job of cleaning it out. I found trash inside of the previous owner.
Everything was good except that when I got home and was showing my family the new vehicle it still has trash in the rear door pockets from previous owner. It was very disappointing specially when they said they were going to fake IG to the back and clean it up.
Jose had the process go by smoothly with me leaving happy in a new car.
