Overall it was a good experience. The only thing I would say needs improvement is the customer check-in process. After arriving at the dealership, it took a while before someone came out to take care of me.
Sensational Luis was knowledgeable, friendly, outgoing and extremely patient while we tested and made about vehicle selection

Test drive was great. Price sheet as presented was deceptive. Price negotiations were a challenge.
They give you a very good service to take care of you and when it's time and you need to pick up or a ride in they're on top of it and have somebody to come and pick you up to bring you in to be able to pick up your vehicle
Great salesman, Ricardo Burgos. Pleasure to work. Bishoy Mikhail went above & beyond handling the prep and warranty work on the new truck. Both deserve recognition!
