Slow start at service CHECK in. There after the check in I was comfortable waiting. I had a long wait which I was advised by my service agent.
The on-line appointment app. does not work. I filled in all of the info and waited for someone to contact me. It never happened! I ended up using the phone anyway.
Came in for a recall , all went smooth starting with Michael He was efficient, courteous and explained what was happening
Fine, a little slow at diagnosis and fix but it is x-mas time and they had to order parts. So far, so good.
