I like to deal with people rather than online sellers when making a major purchase. Have a long history c Lee and Mark was outstanding.
Took over an hour for 6 month service which didn't even cover an oil change.
Not really Victory Toyota's fault, but a major issue with Keaton's Collision Center. My 2024 Tundra TRD Pro had a water leak into the interior. It ended up being shipped to Keaton's to get repaired. I didn't understand that it was being shipped off campus, thinking that they had their own body shop. I also thought I'd get my truck back before scheduling for the repair, having time to remove any valuables. While at Keaton's, someone crawled under their fence and got into several vehicles, including my truck, and steal several hundred dollars worth of tools and cash that was in the console. Here's the frustrating part, they don't lock the doors to vehicles on their lot. All of this could have been avoided by a push of a button. I understand I should have removed valuables, but I thought my truck would be on campus for a day, not shipped somewhere else for 3 weeks...
Alycia was very helpful in providing clear direction and support with my questions. Cody was very prompt in getting the maintenance updated in my vehicle with clear text message with link to view the results! Thank you!! Their support made life of getting car maintenance very convenient and easy!
We have used this dealership for service ever since I started driving Toyota in probably 2015, maybe earlier.
