I can’t thank the team at Marianna Nissan enough for the incredible service I received when my car broke down on the side of the highway. Being from out of town, the situation was stressful and overwhelming — but Gary and Jeff turned a terrible day into one I’ll never forget for all the right reasons. I had to Uber to the dealership, they arranged to get my car to their service center and gave it a full diagnostic workup. They discovered some major issues and worked efficiently to get everything sorted out and all the parts ordered. I ended up spending the entire day there, and they truly went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. Gary and Jeff are the essence of what customer service should be.
