Everyone was helpful and patient- mostly. Kevin showed a bit of annoyance when talking with my husband who can be tough. But Kevin should be able to hide the frustration better.
Had some issues with delivering vehicle im still waiting on vehicle 7 days later but im hoping will get today but other then that had a decent experience
I basically did all the research on the truck just went to dealer to sign the deal. No sales tactics were involved. I brought based on pricing and the deals ford was running. We haggled a little bit about trade in value. Empir must run a tight ship cuz they were going to hold out on a cash sale for $500. I guess cash isn’t king anymore dealers don’t make any money in the financing.,
