Overall this dealership is good. However, I have to remind them that I have a maintenance package everytime I come for servicing. Also I made a mistake with my servicing choice online, which was definitely my error, but I wish they would have informed me what I chose would be out of pocket before performing the services. What should have been a covered visit cost ne $600 out of pocket. Had they told me upfront, this error could have avoided and not costly. I had to come up with money so that I could take my vehicle. I live an hour away so I didn't have a choice. Communication is key when providing exceptional customer service

The people were nice and they returned my car clean and I didn't have to wait to long. They provided me with video of my car inspection which was nice to see.
