The vehicle repair service as well as those that work in the service center are subpar at best . Training on how to treat customers with honesty and kindness would help all those in the service center . Our family will no longer be purchasing or taking vehicles for repair . However we use D’ELLA GMC and have for years for our GMC’s the staff and service team and their work is outstanding !

Ken got me the exact new car I wanted, and he got it earlier than expected. He was very patient with all my concerns and questions as this was my first keyless entry/ignition car!! Everything was done in advance so the day I went in to pick up the car, I just had to sign a few documents and I was in the drivers seat, literally. I would absolutely recommend this dealer if you're in the market for a Mazda.

They truly consider the consumer's needs. Attentive to detail. Parker thoroughly went over many of the car's amazing features. Superb followup. Parker's the best! Was extremely hard to fathom that he'd been a car salesman for only 4 months!! He's already called twice to see if we had any concerns or questions. . We purchased a 2024 MAZDA 3 Hatchback Carbon Edition. I love it. We have owned 3 of the same model. 2010, 2017 (still own) and our present vehicle. We highly recommend D'Ella and Parker!!
