We located a 4x4 truck at Show Me Auto Mall North in Belton, Missouri. It looked good except for a rusty latch and some small scratches on the fender. Although the purchase process was not the speediest, we did purchase the truck and asked them to replace the latch and touch up the scratches, which they did. After leaving the dealership, we couldn't tune in radio stations and noticed the antenna (on the scratched side) was missing. We purchased an antenna but were unable to install it. We had driven the truck for several months and were happy with it. One day while walking on a deck, we were able to see the top of the truck and noticed the roof of the cab had a dent with missing paint and long scratches. The dent was on the same side as the touched up area. We were disappointed and feeling bad about the purchase. We thought we'd call the dealer and see what they had to say. They were willing to repair it to make it right! Logan offered to install the antenna at the same time. The repair job on the roof is excellent. This made us very happy and gives us confidence in Show Me Auto Mall North to treat customers well.
