Found a truck through True Car and set up an two hour Ultimate Test Drive. The VIN matched the vehicle I was given a price quote for, but the actual vehicle did not have the options and features as shown in the photos on the site. None of the photos were of the actual vehicle, and the vehicle interior was in very rough condition. I returned the vehicle within 15 minutes, having wasted 2 hours of my normal work day to accommodate the appointment. My Sales Rep. didn't even bother to call me during the test drive or afterward. Instead I got a call from a stranger asking how my experience turned out. My only positive experience was that every person involved was generally polite. They're just doing the job they were given, but the product isn't all that great.
