Bought a vehicle in January and still do not have registration or license plate. I get no help when I call. DO NOT BuY FROM HERE. Customer service is nonexistent.
Our experience with JPS Ford was nothing short of wonderful!! The entire team was personable, approachable and not pushy at all. Joy was our salesperson and her name was appropriately given!! From the moment we pulled up she was a warm, happy spirit that went above and beyond! She was never hovering or “trying to close” with us. She answered every question and took her time showing me all the reasons why I would love a Ford. She was helpful and considerate, always giving us privacy to speak or alone time to look at the vehicle. When I bought the vehicle she took me outside and actually took my phone and set up the Ford app for me (technologically challenged here) and then went over all the gadgets on the expedition with me. I got a big hug from her when I was done. When I say she makes you feel so comfortable…. I mean it!!! The entire staff did a wonderful job… we had been to six dealerships that week and they are the ONLY place we didn’t feel pressured and actually felt welcomed. They will definitely have my future business.
Service department is second to none They listen to my complaints offered services to remedy the problem Set a service date an my truck was in an out as promised Very professional...I will continue to do business with JPS Ford
I worked a problem with the air ride suspension on my 08 Lincoln Navigator. I couldn’t get it to work properly so I took it to JPS Ford in Arcadia, La. They were as complexed as I was at first but, did get it fixed. Thanks

Made everything easy and simple on fixing my problem. I had an issue with my F-250 described the issue and right on the money, arranged it to be fixed, same day service problem solved. 5 ⭐️
