Very nice and was able to loan me a rental car as I didn't have another one to use while my car got recalls worked on , but Alfa said 2 recalls would take just about 3 hrs max and they had my car for 2 whole weeks (So thank goodness I had Alfa Tenale to use while waiting). I also was very disappointed that I detailed their loaner car before bringing it back but they didn't do a thing to my car for the 2 weeks they had it, still dirty and they even left it with a dead battery that they had to jump start before I left with it and it died and wouldn't restart when I got home. It's an Alfa- They should know if not driven for a day or two battery died- so why would they not put it on charger before I came, as they knew what day I was coming to finally get it back yet I had to wait for my dirty dead car to get jumped before I could take it back home. 5 star place would have washed my car and had it charged and ready to go when I arrived 2 weeks later. At least I didn't have to pay for anything...

Was able to get an appointment in a reasonable time. Communication was great and work performed as needed. Nice facility and helpful knowledgeable staff.
