BUYER BEWARE: Don't let their reviews fool you. They used a 3rd party website called Birdeye to filter good reviews online and suppress the negatives ones. If you check all the other sites, the true story of how this dealership operates is right there. I had a terrible experience overall. I purchased a 2023 Ford Bronco with a Hardtop, because I saw it listed on Facebook. First issue was, they posted online they were selling for MSRP which is why I called, but then was told since I was paying cash for the vehicle, they would have to charge me $5,000 OVER STICKER because I wasn't financing it with them????? I finally got that negotiated back down to MSRP since I was trading a brand new paid for truck. They delivered the Bronco next the day and I wrote a 4K check for the difference in price plus the SOFT TOP I wanted since I didn’t want a hardtop bronco. They promised to send me my a fully functional soft top. 2 weeks later, my local dealership in Nashville, Tn called and said my soft top "fabric" came in. Perplexed, I called and asked what he was talking about? My local dealer said they received the fabric but not frame or side windows. So basically there is nothing you can do with this fabric. I paid extra for a full "soft top" for my new Ford Bronco and once the dealership figured out they messed up and looked up the wrong part and cost, they said they could not uphold the agreement and since the "WE OWE" stated "soft top" then they did all they could do and would not be sending me my soft top or be refunding my money. Jonathan Brown, in the customer service dept called me and said he was going to work on this and that was 2 weeks ago. I have called 4 different times and left messages with no response. Buyer BEWARE, read your paperwork closely and fill in the blanks that they dont. See attached photos. There are so many great dealers out there that do what they say they’re going to do. Do your homework and make same mistake I did giving this dealership your hard earned money.

Not happy i bought a new f150 it was a demo with 5600 miles i wasn't going to buy it because of the mileag They assure me the warranty would start the day I bought it and would be good for the extra mileage that it would not expire at 36000 miles now I have no warranty and they say they never told me that I told them they didn't care about repeat costumers so I will be buying my next vehicle somewhere else
