I use Jessup Cadillac for all my service and repair needs for my 2021 Escalade ESV Premium Luxury.My service advisor is Sergio Ron,Sergio is v ery knowledgeable and professional ,he always greets me a smile and hand shake.I trust Sergio 100% to leave my truck with for any service needs because i know my truck will be fixed right..Sergio is very good at communicating while my truck is in service.He updates me of all the repairs while the truck is being serviced.Sergio always helps me with loaner cars if i need one or arranges uber/lift rides if i need one.Once my truck is repaired he calls me and updates me of the repairs and also he gets my truck washed and clean before i pick my vehicle .Sergio is great asset to Jessup Cadillac and i wish him all the best

I would actually give the service department less than 1 star. I have contacted the bureau of automotive repairs to look into their business practices. The GM never even gave the courtesy of returning my call. Shame on you. During one repair, 270 miles were put on my car. Bad business. Sales department is okay but I was promised chips for my car in 6 weeks and haven't heard back. Cadillac owners beware!

On July 2nd I leased a loaner car from David from Cadillac sales a few weeks after the lease was in affect I received a registration that was not a year from the date of of purchase I was told I never paid that fee in the deal. I also received a letter from GM saying I owed $ 1100.00 for turn in fees that were not included in the deal. This was a bad deal and a little shady. This is the second car I purchased from Jessup but this will be my last. Be careful and don't use David .

I purchased my car from there and love it! I dealt with Braulio Rodriguez and David Miller. They were very professional and it was an easy transaction. I go back for service as well. It's a great organization and I regularly recommend them.

This place is a joke had my car serviced and a half ounce of medical marijuana came up missing and of course no one knows anything xxxx this place these people are crooks

Horrible services took over an hour and a half to even start our oil change. Never coming back to this dealer. Only can cause they had the soonest appointment, now I know why.
