Joel was great. He made sure I was aware of the process and what needed to be done with my car. Great communication.
The entire team was helpful and responsive. I loved the inspection report they sent. As a honest mechanic, I like to see what they’re talking about so the video is nice. I appreciate the nice waiting area. I felt comfortable while I waited. And I didn’t wait too long. Overall, this was a great experience. Keep it up!
