Not my first time changing cars here. I like how they do trade-ins: photo your car, record everything, no “price later drops.” Been like that for three years.
I’ve been to their service so often I know the techs by name. That feels good - not like a conveyor. They know my car, remind me of details. You can tell they don’t “sell and forget.”
Came for an oil change, thought I’d be stuck for hours. In the end 40 minutes, filter swapped too. Car came back clean, even dust wiped from the dash.
I met Unique back in 2019. Since then I’ve changed three cars with them. What I noticed: 1) always real VINs and Carfax, no “I’ll bring it later.” 2) If they promise to prep the car - it’s truly ready: clean interior, mats in place, trunk washed. Consistent, not luck.
I always thought buying a car was stressful: paperwork, numbers, unclear conditions… For the first time I felt it could be a normal human process. No rush, step by step. Bought a Rogue and left with a clear head and a great car.
Booked service, expected a bank-style wait: “you’re #84, 4 hours.” Instead - coffee, outlet, smiling tech. Honestly, I wasn’t used to this level. A bit disoriented.
