Friendly staff. Excellent mechanics. Nice waiting area. Service department is always flexible with scheduling needs and last minute changes. Always greet me with a smile when I arrive and are clear on what my car needs at each visit.

The sale went smoothly, there was an issue with the vehicle directly after purchase and they delta with the issue quickly and appropriately
The cars need more strength to them if that make sense.I had a transmission issue with one I had barely 3years.but hey it was a V6.Would love to see KIA create a V8.The designs of the outer body of KIA cars is EYE caNdy BUT the transmission/motor are tender lads😅 Mr.Ware is a pleasant individual/employee. He listen and try to get what need to b done done.If it's above him he say so but send u to who can help in the situation. His supervisor is caring and do all she can to help as well
The service department was very helpful. They took time out to go over the service details I needed done to my car. They also answered my questions that I had.
