What Others Say

If I could give them a negative 10, I would. The behavior of their salesman, Ethan, was not only extremely rude, but borderlined on CRIMINAL! I was looking on the Honda of Muskogee website for a vehicle under $15,000. Before I even closed the webpage, Ethan called me and said he saw me looking for a car on the website. I explained to him that my car was not working and I would have to come to the lot and look when I could get a ride. Ethan offered to pick me up the next day. I asked him to wait until 4pm after my grandson was out of school so he could go with us. He said he would. The next day, I sent Ethan a text with the screen shot of the 4 cars I was going to look at to verify that they were on the lot and available. Ethan replied that they were all on the lot and available. When Ethan picked us up, I informed him that I had recently had my knee replaced and I would like to get an SUV because they were easier to get in and out of. On the way to the dealership, Ethan stopped to gas up the vehicle we were in. When we arrived at the dealership, Ethan gathered my income documents and went to the finance department. I let Ethan know on the first phone call that I was credit challenged but had been approved on the website for one of the vehicles I was viewing. Well about an hour later, I saw Ethan pull up in a nice Palisade. This was NOT one of the vehicles I was looking at. The Palisade was much newer and nicer than any of the vehicles I was looking at. We took it for a test drive and on the way back, Ethan asked me how I liked it. I told him it was very nice, but I knew it was out of range of my budget. We went back in and sat at his station. He was gone for awhile, then came back with an approval for the Palisade. It was $600 a month. I asked Ethan if he had looked at my income paperwork. I let him know that if he let me drive off the lot with that Palisade today, they would just have to come and get it in 3 months because I would not be able to make the payments. I showed him the text message I had sent him earlier in the day showing him what I was there to look at in my price range. He told me that he could not get me approved for the lower priced vehicles but he could get me approved for the $600 a month Palisade! HaHaHa. He was so xxxxxx off because he did not have an idiot in front of him that would believe him. I told him we were ready to go. My grandson and I got in the vehicle we came in and waiting for him. Ethan was walking around the lot for another 20 minutes. Then he pulled up in the tallest truck on the lot and came over to the vehicle we were in and said that vehicle did not have enough gas in it. Huh? You just put gas in it Ethan! This was the start of my payback for not buying a car from a lying car salesman. Ethan knew I would have trouble getting in that tall truck. Well, Ethan, you have no idea who you are dealing with. No matter how bad it hurt, I climbed up in that truck and did not say a word. When we got closer to my house, Ethan started driving erratically, turning corners sharp and slamming on the breaks. I did not say one word. My grandson and I got out of that vehicle in our driveway and thanked God we made it home safely. I went in the house and called my previous car salesman, Chester, at Ferguson Suburu in Broken Arrow. He is a professional and would never behave in this manner. I will NEVER do business with Honda of Muskogee!

Horrible management and leadership. Was lied to multiple times by salesman. Stay far away from

I would give them a zero if i could. These slimeballs will hit your credit even when you aren't in their state after explicitly telling them they do not have permission to run your credit. Don't waste time or money with these swindlers

I purchased my Jeep used from them in Oct. the sales process went well. The dealership lied to me about several things that have come to light in the last few weeks. When I first called about the jeep I was told it had a brand new lift and tires. It turns out that the lift and tires were used off another jeep. The TPS sensors didn't work and they tried to get them to work but couldn't. I had to go to another place to get new tps sensors at a cost to me of $400. I started changing lights from halogen to LED and found damage to the front right fender on the inside. I had to order parts to fix what was damaged from a previous accident from the previous owner. I then find out that the air doesn't work from damage from the same accident. This should have been caught during the inspection at the dealership. I contacted them and they told me they would not help fix anything. These repairs are costing me about $3500 for the inner fender, radiator, condenser, a/c charge & tps sensors. They pressure you to give the 5 star review while you are at the dealership. I think they should ask for it a few months after you have the vehicle. AJ Rogers was my sales guy and he is nice but he totally lied about the jeep. It had been wrecked, the lift and tires were not new and they never fixed the tms sensor.

It was a pleasant experience. We found the Honda pilot we were wanting and they did an excellent job with getting me financing.

AJ was great & he was able to get us a great deal! Go see him!!
