Sales team great, repair team not good at all. Repairs were not done to the level of quality i expected

We have always had a good experience with the service center and Salymov. This repair took longer than anyone anticipated; however, Shalymov consistently communicated every development and made sure that the process continued to move forward. There was not one time that I had to reach out for information; I received an update each morning like clockwork from Shalymov. Not only was this reassuring, but it made it apparent that the delays were not due to my vehicle being ignored, but that the work was just taking longer than expected and it was being done correctly and not rushed.
