Chris and Doug were both polite and professional when it came to showing me the vehicle, letting me test drive it, anf working with me on the price. The main gripe I have is communication once the deal was finalized. When we finished the paperwork on Wednesday, Doug informed me that the vehicle had just gotten to the dealership and needed to be inspected and serviced. He said hed make sure it was first in line for service the next day and id be contacted when it was ready. However I hadn't heard anything from Doug or the service department by late afternoon Thursday (other than we will let you know when its ready). I contacted regal via chat on the site and did receive a text eventually saying my vehicle needed 2 tires which had to be delivered and it wouldn't be ready until the next day (Friday). By the afternoon of friday I still hadn't heard anything and was starting to wonder if something else was wrong with the vehicle that I wasnt being told. Half a day seems like a long time to change out 2 tires, even with balancing and alignment. I was finally told the vehicle was ready at 4pm on friday, 2 days after I bought and paid for it. Again, everyone I dealt with was polite and professional, but I would've very much appreciated updates in what was going on with the car. A message about the estimated time it was going to be completed or what stage of inspection/repair it was at would've helped put my mind at ease.
Everyone there were very nice, friendly, polite and knowledgeable. If I ever buy another car it will be from Nate.
