Car pickup,, oil change tire rotation,,, One lug on each tire tightened..car shook so bad I thought back end was falling apart,, Simply rushed job,, I could of been killed.... not pleased with Genisis anymore..
I had a recall on my 2021 GV 80. The Conway Dealer agreed to pick up my car over 100 miles away on a flatbed. It also had an engine light on which I diagnosed. They said they would have the car 3 days. They drove a filthy G70 to my house and drove my car back to the dealership. I had to wash the loaner 2 times before I could drive it. When I got my car back 12 days later, again was driven and not on a flatbed, it was covered with bugs. The battery bracket was lying in the back and the retainer bolts were missing. I gave the Conway dealer a bad review and a few days later, one of the customer service reps called me at 6:30 on a Friday evening and ripped into me for the bad review. He had no idea what service was done to my car or what I complained about. He was pissed about the review. I bought my Genesis from a dealer 10 minutes from my home. 3 months later the dealership was taken away from the Hyundai dealer and now the closest dealership is over 2 hours away. After my phone conversation with this person, who by the way called me on his cellphone, probably so it would not be recorded, the last thing he told me was that he refused to service my car in the future. I am completely soured on the Genesis brand. And the concept of separating Genesis from Hyundai was for better customer service?????
The new car manager was the biggest jerk Ive ever met professionally. Impossible to reason with
