Overall, I had a great experience purchasing my car. The sales team was informative, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all of our questions. The buying process itself felt smooth and positive. However, after I had already signed all of the paperwork and completed the purchase, I was told that the dealership did not know where the second set of keys was. I was disappointed that this wasn’t disclosed upfront, as it would have been important to know before finalizing everything. I was assured that the second set would be ready when I returned to have the windows tinted. When I came back, I was then told the key specialist didn’t have the correct parts and that I would need to return a third time. The dealership is over 30 minutes away, and the manager was not particularly accommodating in trying to find a more convenient solution. I was given a very limited pickup window in the middle of the workday, which made it difficult to coordinate. While the sales experience was excellent, the post-sale experience felt unprofessional and frustrating. It left me feeling like the strong customer service I experienced during the purchase disappeared once the deal was done.

Then when we arrived at the dealership, he was incredibly prepared, extremely knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, explained everything clearly without any pressure, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. His professionalism and attention to detail really stood out, and we felt confident and well cared for throughout the experience. Ricky, Adam and the team provided excellent service and made the car buying experience much less stressful. Ricky was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles, answered our questions without doing a "hard" sales pitch and, once we purchased the vehicle, took the time to make sure we were fully comfortable, familiarizing us with the functionality. I normally dread the car-buying process, but Ricky and the team made this easy and painless. The facility itself was beautiful, clean and comfortable. We were introduced to the service team and toured the spotless service area. The warranties on the vehicle are exceptional. I highly recommend this dealership.
