The people were fantastic! The store is nice and clean, comfortable, and modern. Called the dealership and explained make,model, year and wanted to close later that day. The car was detailed before closing and we worked out a great number we both were comfortable with. Several people from the dealership including management have reached out to make sure I was completely satisfied and if there was anything they could do better or would have made my experience more pleasurable.....they sent a thank you note and some great brownies. I would call that exceptional service.

Dwayne took over who is the head of finance and made sure my deal with through successfully and that I was satisfied. They communicated every step of the way and helped find an affordable delivery service. I received my vehicle quickly and I’m 100% satisfied. I would recommend them 1000% over the only regret I have is not living in Florida to be able to use them for all my service needs.

We drove into this dealership out of curiosity. We had never tested the genesis or even looked at it. However, we left with a new GV 80. Leo was amazing from the time we saw his smiling face as we entered the dealership to the big hug I got when we left. Leo is very personable, knowledgeable, and available. If you are looking for a new or used Genesis, look him up. You won’t be sorry.
