My experience was satisfactory and I was happy with the Service Manager as the recall and replaced a/c was done quickly and efficiently. The problem was and the reason for the average rating is the back end of the process was not completed. After the service I called to complain about the repeated emails we received to service our car after every 5-10 miles we drove the car. They did not stop and this went on for a week until I physically drove back to resolve this In addition, alerts appeared on the car screen to get service every time we started the car. Finally resolved. After having completed this survey I will never respond to your website again. Reason being you do not even have the service manager's name listed and Pawel is a real nice guy!
They treated me very well. Service was fast and they prompted to take care of my car and myself. They didn’t have a loner but they paid for my Uber both ways
Service was completed as scheduled. Jorge was very professional in explaining service provided and pick up and delivery was as scheduled.
Jorge said the recall would take 1 hour, which it did. Jorge was very courteous and updated us when needed.
