Jacob was great: very professional and knowledgeable throughout our interactions. Also, interactions with the dealership over the past several years has been excellent. Workarounds during building updates being handled well. One year+ ago service interaction was resolved. Don’t know if that service rep is still with the firm.
I live in Ft Myers. I drive to Naples Genisis because I know I'll receive superior service. The first time I took my G80 to Naples Genisis, it was clear to me that the long drive was definitely worth it. I was greeted with courtesy as I arrived, and the efficiency and expertise of both JC and Pawell was nothing less than top notch. Each time my G80 was serviced on time and with great workmanship. Dina was the best salesman I've ever dealt with. We did all our transactions online via email and text message. I walked into the dealership. I did a test drive. I told him I wanted the car. We did not talk about money because we did all that online. I was in and out in approximately an hour. Based on this experience, I plan on going back to Genesis of Naples when I'm ready for my next car.
