I am updating my previous review from 5/31/26 to 5 stars. The dealership reached out to me to discuss my concerns. They offered to repair a rim that had small road rash on it for my concerns which I greatly appreciated. This dealership tries very hard to keep their customers happy.
We went to several dealerships prior to purchasing our Genesis and this dealership was heads above anyone else we worked with. Arlington has been a great support in this process.
The service team is always professional and works hard to deliver everything as promised, or openly communicate when things did not go as planned.
The dealership was great to work with. They answered all my questions and was willing to negotiate a deal that helped me get the car. Too many dealerships won't even budge $10 to make a sale. The transaction was smooth they even came in at 8 AM and I was out the door in 30 minutes to accommodate my schedule. Definitely a well ran dealership.
Peter did a great job, service was done in a quick manner with no surprises
