Key aspects that were shared with the service planner were satisfied. All work for 13,000 mile requirement was complete. Vehicle tires were inflated to the right pressure. I was disappointed in the lack of response through the SMS service started by the service planner. Two concerns I had were the cleanliness of the vehicle when returned - interior still had dust and dirt on the dashboard and the outside of the vehicle had streaks on the side of the vehicle from the car wash. I expect the two concerns to be resolved at the 21,000 mile requirement, if not sooner.

The new standalone building is a major highlight. It’s described as sleek, modern, and "uniquely Genesis." It provides the upscale experience that many felt was missing when Genesis was still tucked inside Hyundai showrooms.
