Zero stars. We purchased a GV80 in 2024 and have had five significant vehicle issues requiring service in the first 11 months of ownership, and many smaller issues throughout this time. Wait times for service were extensive; the car was returned with issues unresolved; and clear vehicle issues that arose suddenly were claimed to be "operating as designed" - including the rear climate controls changing the front climate settings, and the seat belt alarm continually dinging after a passenger has exited the second or third row. I do not recommend Mirak Genesis for quality, safety, or service.
Recently purchased a G70. Vehicle was delivered with 3 severely under-inflated tires and missing the floor mats I paid for. Contacted the dealership multiple times, they said they’d make it right, then gave me the run around and fed me empty platitudes for a month before ghosting me altogether. Once they have your money, they don’t care.
