They sold me a car with a flat tire and didn’t even care to try to remedy that.
I just bought a 2025 Genesis GV70. The person we (my husband and I) dealt with was Josue Bournigal. He is a very pleasant and knowledgeable person to deal with about the business and vehicles he sells. He was very helpful in helping us to try different vehicles to make sure that we chose the right vehicle we wanted.
No communication nothing but lies and run around Damaged every one of my rims set up to let them fix this had 5 months to prepare has had my car for 3 days have done nothing to fix my rims lied multiple times to me no customer service at all won't even say sorry for their screw up so now it's time to call the lawyer in and teach them what accountability is Stay away from this dealership and it's utterly incompetent workers
Sara was my specialist for this oil change. She was welcoming, kind and made sure I was comfortable during my wait time. She was also very kind to my daughter who was with me during the drop off of my car! Sara was amazing and I would return to this dealership because of her great service!
I am satisfied with the level of customer service I received during my recent visit. My service advisor Jeremy Copsey has always been extremely professional, honest, friendly and helpful. I can say with confidence that Jeremy and the team have my trust when it comes to taking my car for service and the place I plan on taking my car in the future.
Car was clean and tidy after a big service. Work was done properly and I’m very pleased
