My 2025 Genesis G70 has less than 17,000 miles and the battery had to be replaced last week. The only explanation I received was that so many programs run in the background even when the car is off. No explanation as to which programs might be a problem so I could adjust settings is possible.
The facilities were excellent and the sales staff was great and fun to work with. It was a very enjoyable and easy experience.
It was a pleasure to shop at this dealership with friendly and professional employees. Jamaru Rogers was great and continues his involvement.
People AT the dealership havw always had the correct information I have needed, as opposed to your call center in Charlotte. Just horrible. The dealer was sparkling clean and everyone friendly.
