This dealer needs to improve its customer service. I’m not saying it’s bad, but it could be better considering the brand it represents. Customer service is a key aspect of what the brand stands for. In car sale's the importance of customer service is much more evident.
Great dealership, staff was very helpful. Decided not to buy a KIA at this time but will certainly be back to check out their inventory later. Thank you.
I came in with a friend who was looking for an EV, and ended up coming back to test drive one for myself the next day. Arthur was super knowledgeable and patient with my many questions- and I really appreciate that he wasn’t pushy at all but made sure I had all the information I needed. I’ll be back soon for my dream Kia!
