Wow, I’m so grateful to Johnson Volvo! I stopped by today with an engine warning light, and was concerned that I had a big problem since the car was driving differently. They ran through their diagnostics, found the problem quickly and had the car fixed and me on my way in record time! Jesse is a real pro - and I highly recommend this dealership.

Johnson people are very accommodating, polite, helpful, and prompt. Remember…I did not buy from Johnson but Hendricks. Hendricks was a very bad experience when it came to customer service . I wish I had known about Johnson when I shopped for my car. I knew I wanted a hybrid Volvo and found the one I bought on the Internet.

Our Volvo C40 purchase today was a very pleasant experience. The Sales Associate, Elijah, was very patient in dealing with my wife and I…being out of town buyers. I can be very meticulous with major purchases, and Elijah maintained a friendly, professional demeanor throughout the entire process(including phone correspondence), which I appreciated. Everyone we made contact with, including the General Sales Manager Peter and the Pre-Owned Sales Manager Marcus, was kind, professional and allayed any concerns with purchasing a CPO Volvo. The finance manager Thomas was professional and efficient. The tech guru Hunter provided thorough assistance with setting up the app and reviewing tech features. Any future Volvo purchases will go through Elijah and Johnson Volvo first, and I highly recommend him!
