Long before I ever stepped foot on the lot, Nate spent time working with me online, answering all my questions patiently and helping me figure everything out without any pressure. He also sent me a personalized video of the car! When I finally went in yesterday around 5pm, he put in serious work to get the deal finalized—even staying with me until 9:30PM last night to make sure every single detail was wrapped up smoothly.
