What Others Say

Bought and RV they charged wrong sales Tax Rate. Wont give me a refund. Costing me thousands. Keep telling me to talk to CA Tax Dept. Did. Tax Dept. decline said it was a issue with seller. Make claim with them did, BEstRV keeps giving the run around. Sounds like some kind scam. Only gave one star cause had too.

My wife and I shopped for a trailer for over three years. I went on a lot of lots and even more websites looking for a trailer that was compatible with my Tacoma. We looked at major and small dealers all across the country. We kept coming back to Best RV because the prices were so much lower than other dealers. It helped that they had a trailer brand that was very well-built and light. This dealership lists no haggle prices. I like that because I hate playing games in negotiations. The sellers always better at it than the customer. Also they don't charge a PDI. I've seen PDI fees as high as $1500. And some dealers have even other kinds of add-ons. In my research I found Best's prices to be at least 15% below the lowest prices you can find anywhere else (adjusted for delivery fee). I paid the listed price of the trailer plus a small fee to put on two batteries. That was it. The people I encountered there, my salesman, the owner (who was on site every day working with customers and staff) and the service personnel were friendly, competent and honest. After hearing some pretty tall tales at other dealers this was very much appreciated. If you've had a trailer before you know that there's a million little things that can go wrong and some of them always do. You fix the ones you can buy yourself and only call service if it's something that's beyond your skill set. I was very happy that when an issue arose the Best service department jumped right on it and I was able to take it in the next day. They fixed it while I waited and within a few hours I was back on the road. If they have what you're looking for and you're on this side of the Continental Divide there's nowhere else you're going to get a better price. Their service department is just as good as anybody else's and better than most.
