I purchased my Jeep about 10 months ago and RiverFront handled the wobble repair and the recall issue. It took a month because of the Jeep company not having enough batteries. Anthony was hands-down the best and putting my mind and ease and a great communicator. The only issue I had was that the recall should have covered the rental car 100%, but RiverFront has a contract with the local rental place and you end up paying fees and tax at $30/week. You also are locked in to using a specific vehicle so I was cruising in a big Mini Van but there are worse problems to have :) I've been impressed with their efficiency and work ethic so far. 10/10!
The service was excellent. I made an appointment for Wednesday, but my schedule changed and I had to drop my vehicle off on Tuesday. I was not expecting my vehicle back until late Wednesday, but they completed the service work on Tuesday, the same day I dropped it off. This was a very pleasant surprise and much appreciated!
Not pushy to buy their car & very patient in the decision making. Very thorough in the entire purchasing process Trisha is very knowledgeable and her sweet personality made the decision to purchase a new jeep gladiator easy
The service department team is always so personable and professional. I really enjoy bringing my Jeep here for servicing.

Our sales guy was very knowledgeable and helpful. The entire experience went smoothly, sales, talking to the GM about our trade, and the finance/paperwork guy.
