From the moment I walked in I was not pressured at all. Rob was extremely patient as he listened to what I was looking for, and we talked at length about several options for trucks. When I told him I wasn't going to buy anything before I could show my wife, he asked what time she would be home, and simply added, "I'm here until 7pm." Excellent customer service from him, Mark (Sales Manager) and Marilyn (Business Manager). I will definitely spread the word about this dealership.

Mike in service is amazing! He is friendly and professional. He treats me with respect and does his best to get my vehicle in and out ASAP. When I have had to return for unresolved repairs he goes above and beyond to prioritized the repair and resolve the issue. Complaints: Porters need to pay attention to “No Wash” requests Mechanics, porters, etc need to return vehicles without dirt/grease marks on interior jambs, roof upholstery, etc

All in all I had a good experience here. Just that my wait time was a much longer than expected. I had an appointment set up figured it should be quick. But my appointment took about an 1 1/2 to finish.

Friendly stress free atmosphere on purchasing my new vehicle. They had the car I requested to look at in less than a day cleaned and ready. John was very helpful showing me all the options and features of my new jeep Cherokee Summit.
