Mike did an outstanding job facilitating the sales process, with the utmost professionalism and personal care. The financing experience, while highly entertaining, was slightly less favorable. I appreciate that there is always an inevitable negotiating dance involved in the process but I would have preferred a little less haggling (it was simply unnecessary on my part but I understand that it had to be done for the financial health of the dealership). Ultimately, we got to a decent place so no real complaints.
