I’ve only ever serviced my vehicles here. They do have the best courtesy vehicles of the dealerships I’ve serviced from. But they have terrible reservation times for service getting a courtesy vehicle. It can be from a week or longer. But my service advisor Eric Ho and Elmo who is no longer there. And Willie Vasquez were always very good to me and accommodating. This place is pretty packed, so wait times are a bit much compared to other dealers. Waiting area was renovated and Is ok for the location and clientele for the area. I could say this place is good but not the greatest.

Purchased a 2025 BMW 540i xDrive from New Century BMW with the help of Elvis Blohm and was very happy about the whole experience. The only issue was that the premium audio option from Bowers & Wilkins wasn't mentioned during the sales process. I learned about that option only when the car was due to arrive from Germany, so it was too late to make any changes.
