Calls have not been returned. Left a message with Mike, no call back. Left a message with the service manager twice and no call back. The issue is my Money back warranty was used without me being notified. So a $ 140 bill will probably cost me $1450 that I would have recieved back at the end of the contract. Had I been made aware I would have paid the bill and not used the warranty. No excuse for ignoring a customer.

Dealing with Jessica Russo has been the best thing ever. She was able to hunt down the truck I wanted and needed for my business. Only took about 1 week to find the vehicle and get it delivered. I will definitely be coming back to her for my future vehicle purchases. Also Alina in the service department has always been amazing with helping with my other vehicles.
